Okay, I meant to upload this loooong ago, but I haven't had the time. Plus, I lost it for a couple of weeks, but it just now popped up so I figured I would upload it while I knew where it was. 
So this is Mykelti, =boribaby's OC. This is another entrance for her contest, if you didn't figure it out already.
I've seen a trend of people depicting him as spirit or water, so I kinda played around with that idea. First, I thought that it would be cool to have him actually under the water, instead of running with the waves (like I did with Rhydian). So, while I was on that underwater/sea tangeant, I thought about adding some spirits of those who were claimed by the sea. They're all pretty excited to find someone that can actually see them.
